Sorry you have to go through this. I'm thinking being off the Parnate will definitely help, but it'll take some time. I'd keep getting plenty of sun too...it really helps some people. Be very aware of your diet, drink a lot of water to wash out impurities and the Parnate. Try to eliminate all processed foods if you can, they are usually high in salt that has been iodized. I've also read that MSM lotion-found at health food stores can be helpful. Also, lots of Vitamin C (3000 mgs a day) And a high potency multi-vitamin. And last but not least see a dermatologist-i'm sure you already have. Take care, try to be patient, and good luck.-Crazy Horse
