If not I would like to take Lamictal again but wanted to know if I could increase the dose more quickly as the first time (each week 25 mg instead of 2 weeks)? I didnt have any skin problems so I wonder if reexposition could be more quickly?!

How long have you been off of Lamictal?

Unfortunately, you will have to start low and increase the dosage gradually. One can react adversely to Lamictal on subsequent exposures despite the lack of a reaction previously. A conservative doctor might want to follow the suggested startup schedule. If it were me, I would probably want to go faster than that. I won't recommend it for you, but for me, I would want to start Lamictal following a titration schedule closer to the weekly dosage increments that you have suggested.
