Could be a lot of things. Are you taking any different meds this time compared to what you took in 2002. Even though it was only once, the ephedra may be a factor. Also, when you had your cold i remember you didn't take your Parnate one day, and you used decongestants. Your body metabolism might be different than it was in 2002. I know you are anorexic, are you eating more or less than in 2002?I've found that Parnate only works well when i am extremely consistant with it. Even adding too much tylenol can have a negative effect on Parnate for me. I try to do the same things every day and find it works better that way for me. Another example is Caffiene, too much and i don't feel as well. But this is just me Maxime, I'm just trying to help you...but I'm certainly no Doctor.
Also, as far as your insomnia. What are you taking for it? Your pdoc may have to try something different. I remember when i first started Parnate my insomnia was horrible...I was so freakin' tired all the time, but i didn't care because i could tell the Parnate was working for my depression. Even now i have some nights when i don't sleep a wink at all. It sucks, but a heck of a lot better than being terribly depressed and suicidal. I hope things "even out" for you soon Maxime. :^)
