I can understand how concerned you would be. I have found it's amazing how the questionable things we do DON'T effect a fetus. I know a number of women who have ingested teratogenic substances in the first trimester due to not knowing they were even pregnant and things turned out well. Now, that's not an excuse to be reckless but I hope that does reassure you some.
I'm sure you've had serial ultrasounds and that should also reassure you as to any structural problems. U/S's are really good diagnostic tools.
Do you have a specific thing that concerns you?
