Besides strongly suggesting you discuss this with your doctor, I'd say I'd look up TD again. I've always read it's most commonly associated with strange facial grimaces, which is kinda what you're describing.

Other than having taken thorazine for sleep a few times, what other drugs are you on/have you been on? Could be one of them is associated with either TD or something similar.

I'm sorry you're experiencing this. It certainly sounds unpleasant.
