Simple. You are an opioid responder. Who knows why?
If you are not disposed to trying buprenorphine as a treatment for your condition (I don't really know what that is), you might want to look for drugs that are pro-dopaminergic. Actually, you might find some relief from using low dosages of Zyprexa.
Have you ever tried using stimulants?

After an angiogram and full cardiac workup the ER doc gave me percocet to take at bed for the chestpain and I do have a herniated disc in my cervical spine found out today from an MRI. Now then how come I feel great on the one percocet with my 20mg standard valium at night and feel horrible if I take an SSRI or SSNRI? Wierd huh? Love Phillipa
