Yeah, it's probably a mix of hormones and grief. That doesn't help, though, does it?

The worst part of having a miscarriage is that other people who haven't experienced it don't realize just how much grief there is to it. Even thought you haven't "known" the little bugger long, it's still a death you're mourning. Give yourself permission to mourn your loss, and don't listen to anyone who says, "Oh, well, you can try again..." Those people just don't understand what the loss really is.
