Racer:

Did I tell you/anyone my P called me on the phone??? It blew me away .. impressed.

He said get off Abilify .. felt adverse reactions too strong to mess w/.

I got an emerg/appt w/ another P next Tue, as mine out of town. I mentioned the three tricyclics. Think he's leaning towards Norpramin or Pamelor. He's allowing the emerg/appt/P to write and let me begin next week. Worth a shot; never know. Don't believe they can hurt me.

Thank you for sub'ing for Ed_UK; your memory better than mine. Feelin' better, two appts tomorrow and four days next week. (I'll get this system under control if it's the last thing I do!) Per my request, rec'd transfer to a T who is more my age and has a lot of 'grief' experience. The tenseness of the latter days caused flare-up of back pain, but will try to use my 'relaxation' techniques. Have to remember my priorities .. attending my appts, maybe go to a group, accessing the community action agency, and appealing some losses of financial assistance (re-apply dates were smackdab in the middle of this tumultuous move and my usual ability to keep assistance maintained, was lacking. I wrote explanation, as did my support daughter, and my case worker will write ltr tomorrow. Every little bit counts as I'm in 'Catch-22 area' of system. Just above poverty level, so not entitled to medical assistance.

Did you want to know all this .. guess you didn't have a choice. Sorry .. sharing feels like I'm talking to everyone.

My other daughter has me thinking re: something odd, and I may post Alternatives; Medorrhinum. I tried to ply some info out of my mother yesterday and she was, at first, very freaked, but symptoms similar to mine tho' not as extreme.

Tonight decided to move bedside stand on the side of my bed where no one is, (And am glad no one is!) to wall across bedr and set TV upon. I'm going on hunt for a 'neck supportive' comfy chair and will make myself a 'special place' to read, write, relax, watch TV, listen to music.
