Way to come down aderal quicker?

I will be switching ADD meds at my next pdoc appt, but as I type this, I'm still racing on aderal...I'm a big guy, 6'7", over 200lbs, not that it may matter, but still, I took 10mg 8 hours ago, and 5mg 6 hours ago. I feel there is no possible way I can get into bed. Is there anyway to help hurry up the process of it leaving my system? Water?
