Cesamet (Nabilone) for Chronic Pain?

I'm just wondering if anyone has experience with this (older)pharmaceutical which is derived from marajuana and which is often prescribed for cancer patients who are experiencing nausea and pain. My pdoc is investigating this med now and says he may prescribe some to help with my chronic pain (which is linked to my anxiety disorder). Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
