Am i BI rapid cycling

I have just got through with a HELL fight with my mother, i mean yell, we both blew into eachother like nuclear reactors, I was so angry i wanted to do crazy things, like call my dad, my mom said i dont care what you say go to your room, I went MANIC, i got pictures and threw them, i dont want to put what happened, just explode about the envirment that i am in.
I cant really put much more im so torn up right now.
Are these manic episodes that happened when this sets off, i get racing thoughts, super energy, i dont know what i just did after it happens.
My mom right now is yelling, i cant take this, i feel im going to just go psychotic.
