------------------------No offense to Ed, He knows his stuff and I respect his advice and opinions. However, FOR ME Anafranil didn't touch my OCD, I tried it twice out of desperation once for 8 mos. the other for 6 mos. The only thing it did for me was give me a heck of a lot of side effects, including very dry mouth, weight gain, sedation,and difficulty having an orgasm. REMEMBER, just because it didn't help me doesn't mean it will not help you. Good luck.
