I also just want to mention: my biggest psychological problems are definitely the anxiety and OCD. And when either of these get out of control, that's when depression hits. As long as I'm not obsessing and worrying all the time, my depression stays pretty much in check. Can anyone vouch for either Lexapro and/or Cymbalta in terms of these specific concerns?

P.S. I'm also obsessed with food, especially sugar. I tend to lose control and binge when I have any sugar at all (major impulsivity). I think about eating all the time--it's definitely an unhealthy fixation.
