I've come across the vascular theory
of depression in guess where? Kraeplin
and Alzheimer -- yup - irregular, or
hemispheric, or artherosclerosis were
speculative theories, back then.

Problem is -- even if this were the
case, how could psychopharmacology
deal with problem? It looks like the
kind of disorder requiring brain
surgery.
