My cell phone, and my keys where in the car. I have a bandage on my head, its still bleeding a little, but i think its healing. I didnt have to have stitches thank god, but i have to put this stuff on it, for infection.

Head injuries will produce profuse bleeding, even the most minor of them. There are tons of blood vessels in your scalp. Being double cautious for infection is perfectly fine.

The dizziness is quite possibly a concussion from such a blow -- concussions will slowly heal over time usually.

MRIs are a indeeed more detailed, but more expensive and may be ordered if a doctor is not satisfied with a CAT scan. I dont know if they used contrast IV on your CAT scan, that makes it more reliable.

Some findings may indicate arachnoid cysts, which may be unrelated and inconsequential. Did they specify the variety?

Best wishes to a recovery, I know you're hurting in two ways now and its very unfortunate, but you walked out of the accident, so to speak, so that is good news in of itself.
