Profound Depression

Help. I'm profoundly depressed. I have been in this state for about two weeks and can't seem to emerge from it.
I'm taking the following medications:
Wellbutrin 75 mg
Synthroid 30 mg
Klonopin .50 mg
Lithium 900 mg
Seroquel 25 mg

My diagnosis is bipolar II, OCD and Dissociative Disorder.
