Well, for the first 6 months or so that I took it, I took about 100 or 200 most nights. It didn't do much for me though until I added the lithium. That was last May. Lithium seemed to enhance the Seroquel, so I cut back to only 50mgs. I took 50 for a long time. I also stopped taking it a couple of times, thinking that it wasn't working. It seems to work, but kind of inconsistently.Anyways, in early January I went back on the Seroquel after about a month of not taking it. Since then I've gone from 0mgs to 500mgs. I've been on 500 for just over a week. It's not that I'm excessively tired/fatigued/sedated during the day time. It just seems to be that I need like 11 hours of sleep in order to feel like I'm well-rested and I've gotten a good night's sleep.
I'm hoping this effect will wear off after a while, but I'm not betting on it. The whole time I took 50mgs, I pretty consistently needed 9 hours of sleep.
I've taken Wellbutrin a few times. It never did anything for me, even at 400mgs. When I combined it with Cymbalta last year, I really flipped out. I got really really agitated and pretty much had a meltdown-- could barely communicate. Extremely distraught.
I don't know if trying it again in combination with different drugs would be useful. Do you think a different combo can make that much difference for a drug that didn't work at all on it's own?
