All I can say is grab some gravol and hold on for the ride. If you have any plans for the next week or two you may want to reschedule. I know when I stopped cold turkey I was very nauseous and I don't know how my husband survived...I bet you we'd win bigtime if he went on the show...hahaha...sorry just my corny sense of humor. I always say that if you can't laugh at yourself, you should laugh at anyone else. :)
