BDD: Which SSRI best w/ acne?

I have recently been diagnosed as having BDD, Major Depression, and Social Phobia. In the past I haven't given the meds I've taken much of a chance. I have acne and I am obsessed by it. Today I was told by my CBT therapist SSRIs can be useful in treating BDD. I am interested in trying one but am worried about exacerbating my acne. Does anyone have any suggestions or experience with this?
