Re. the Parnate. I can understand why you wouldn't want to start it if you are planning on having a baby. But re. soy sauce, there is a sauce made by Bragg http://www.bragg.com/products/liquidaminos.html that is made of amino acids and tastes just like soy sauce. :-) I had a bad reaction to soy sauce on Parnate, but no problem with the Bragg sauce (even though it's made from soybeans).

Whatever I do right now is going to be a bandaid -- just enough to get me through a couple of months, because I'm having surgery next month to try to fix the infertility, and then have to wait out another cycle or so. During that time, I would really like to feel halfway human, if possible. I even thought about asking to go through the SSRIs again, or something like that. Just something, just to feel better. But I'm thinking that stims might be a good choice about now, since the Provigil comes so close to being really good.
