I didn't find ativan very helpful at all and it wears off very quickly, but on the other hand I found klonopin too strong and it made me quite forgetful and foggy. Valium seems to work best for me, you'll just have to see which one works best for you. You might have to try a few different flavors to figure it out, good luck Paul
