I'm happy for you that your intestines are better. That kind of pain can be miserable. I think some day science may discover why this happens. I think ibs is one of those diseases that is called nerves until they find out what causes it then say "Whoops" sorry we didn't take you seriously. Well good luck for you, I'm glad something worked
