Hi Kat! I am back on 100mg but really for losing the weight I gained back. I gained 30lbs back that I had lost after starting it. It has done nothing for my BP this go round. I have noticed a definite decrease in my appetite in a higher dosage whereas I didn't last time. Apparently it DID whether or not I noticed since I lost 30lbs. I am doing Anything Goes this year and I wanted to lose some..it's not working as fast..ugh. I have not noticed any problems mixing it with alcohol but it's usually because I only have one or two mixed drinks and food with that and take the meds a couple hours later. Anyway, I am here. :) Hope you all have a great Valentine's Day!
