Unfortunately there have been other contributing circumstances and the change was gradual, so it's hard to be sure how much if any of my dysphoria has been from less Lamotrigine. <<

He said it should do the same job, but i came off memantine and got rebound anxiety from my dex; which is why i went on it in the first place. After 2 weeks at 400mg i went back to the memantine. Now i'm trying 300mg plus memantine. I know lamotrigine inhibits glutamate but memantine is a specific nmda receptor antagonist, which is a subtype of glutamate! I'm not convinced lamotrigine can replace memantines capacity to reduce amphetamine tolerance.
Getting the the meds right is definetly an art, rather than a science!
