I'm sorry to hear you're still feeling so bad.
I was thinking about Abilify again. I know it's not yet approved in Canada but I think it might be a useful treatment for your depression if you could get hold of it. Abilify doesn't usually raise prolactin......which is a major consideration given your history of lactating on APs. In some cases, Abilify can actually lower prolactin because it acts as a 'partial stimulant' at dopamine D2 receptors. Various p-babblers such as SLS have gained an AD effect from Abilify.
Abilify is sometimes effective for depression/anxiety at <10mg, which is important given the cost.
Have you talked to your pdoc about Abilify? He might know a way of obtaining it for you.
