I think therapy at this point would help. You can't take a pill for everything. That's great that Effexor has helped you. But the best treatment place is medication and therapy. I hope you will give it a go.

PS- One thing that helps anger/irritability is Niacin. But take a B vitamin with it because the "Bs" have to work together.
