Indeed, such a high dosage of Seroquel might indicate a need for low dosages of a stronger D2 antagonist (one with higher binding affinity) like Risperdal. However, Seroquel is now being looked at closely to assess its potential antidepressant effects. Actually, combining Risperdal with small dosages of Seroquel can have amazing therapeutic effects to clear-up thinking and produce an energizing effect.
