What is the best way to ease this? (If any)

I have somewhat of the same problem - my dosaging goes like this:

Adderall XR 20mg - 8am
Adderall XR 20mg - noon-1pm
Adderall XR 20mg - 5-6pm

Then around 9pm-11pm I begin to feel more anxious and feel my motivation, etc decrease. Then by the time I go to bed around midnight, my anxiety level is very high and it's very very difficult for me to get to sleep.
