Questin about Wellbutrin vs. Adipex (Phentermine)

Does Adipex (Phentermine) effect the same chemicals in the brain as Wellbutrin?

I've noticed that I feel good and not anxious on Adipex. Wellbutrin makes me cranky and irriatable.
