Hi,
Did you start the MAOI diet a couple of weeks before the Nardil? The symptoms you are describing sound like how I feel when my BP is high but not quite to the crisis level. At only 15mg of Nardil your level of MAO inhibition is probably pretty low. A BP monitor would be a very good idea. I don't get headaches, so if one happens, I take my BP immediately. I've had several of these spontaneous very sick feelings while on high dose Nardil(90+mg). Invariably, when this happens, my BP is high, but not at crisis level.
Good luck and go slow.

After taking another dose and eating I felt a good amt. better. But the headache lasted all day. Later on in the day, I just started experiencing this low grade 'sickness' MILD nausea, low grade headache(different then the migrane like headache) just a sick feeling in general in the chest and head - nothing unbearable, just unpleasant.
> Today - same thing... migrane headache, now... in the evening... mild sickness low grade headache, very mild nausea. Blah feeling - I dont like it. Not like a cold, more like.... motion sickness i suppose.

I was planning on going up to 30mg today, but since this feeling did not improve I will hold off. weird thing - I noticed drinking a glass of milk helped alot with most of these feelings, only for a short while though.
