Getting into a bit of an alternative area - I have found a small amount of magnesium at night is helpful. I've done a lot of experimenting, over the years, with alternative treatments and most all of them did nothing but lighten my wallet, but, the mag does appear to help my nightsweats. Ask your doc - it might help.
