You could speak with your psychopharmacologist about raising the dose of the Effexor. I suppose you take the Klonopin for anxiety. If not, and if you're using it to help you sleep, you might want to speak with your psychopharmacologist about using Trazadone at night. It's an antidepressant (which might give you some more energy) and the primary and most immediate side effect upon taking is drowziness.
