I'm taking it slower than that my anxiety is too high. What type of side effects did you have as I was also on luvox first and had none. Fondly, Phillipa
120mg -- he may treat patients more agressively and may have more experience with other patients at that level. I dont think my doctor does. But there are plently of people on that high of a dose from what I can tell. Personally I would give 60mg a greater chance than a week -- Cymbalta, an SSNRI probably works faster than most SSRIs being a bit more clean and modern, but not that fast.
I'm sorry your costs are so high. I think the costs may be similar regardless of the size of pill, but that varies. If you're not on any drug-covering insurance, as I think Medicaire is generally, I would definately call all your local pharmacies for cost explaining your cost situation as they can vary a bit.
I don't think I had too many side effects on Luvox other than the usual "male one" of decreased libido.
Somewhere in my cocktail of medications, it may have been with Luvox, although I experience it mildly so today even with Cymbalta, I had "electric shocks" when my metabolism increased a fair bit -- i.e. excercise.
Other than that, the only thing else was transient nausea when increasing doses, which was solvable mostly by chewing raw ginger and Pepto Bismol. That typically only lasted a few days.
