Phillipa,

I'm sorry you're feeling so bad right now. When I was on Prozac my whole life was like that. And for the last year I had periods like that too. My Klonopin really helps some but it also helps if I can distract myself with something menial. Laundry, dishes, going for a walk. Writing down what I'm scared of. Sometimes just getting it down on paper can take some of it away. Do you take your Valium during the day when this happens or only at night?
