since this was such an issue during my *times of confinement* - what a strange way to put it, huh?! From what I read, Ativan and Xanax are the safest benzos because they are the shortest acting. Anxiolytic TCAs seem to be the safest for anxiety during PG, and the SSRI most recommended was Prozac.

Have you tried doxepin? (aka Sinequan) Good luck!
