I often wake up between 2:30 and 3:30. then I fall back asleep until about 4:30. I don't take any extra Rozerem. Generally when I wake up, I feel much worse than when I went to bed!

I take a large number of meds, but just Rozerem for sleep.

Other meds:

Wellbutrin XL, Lamictal, Clonazepam, Mirapex (for Periodic Leg Movements during sleep), Nexium, Zelnorm, atenolol, and Florinef.
