Sarcasm is something that can get you blocked. I didn't appreciate the way you spoke to me. I was with my family. I don't have to explain myself.

Even in the last year, the treatment of male hypogonadism (i.e. low testosterone) is changing. Rather than supplying testosterone, which does nothing but suppress further the already low production of natural testosterone, treatments are tending towards regulatory hormones such as FSH. The focus is not the testicles any more, it moves to the hypothalamus and pituitary. But, if the problem is in the brain glands, then the problem could be more complex, so usually an endocrinologist will do some other tests, to assess those glands' function in other realms, before settling on the specific treatment.
