Trileptal might help. Some people just have awful responses to antipsychotics, even the newest ones. A mood stabilizer could make your thoughts more manageable. Trileptal doesn't require blood tests or anything, and I haven't heard of any extreme side effects so..its really just a matter of seeing if it helps. If it doesn't, there are many, many other approaches your doc can consider.
