>Why did you change from Effexor to Lexapro?

Effexor seemed to be pooping out (anxiety was returning and I didn't want to increase my low dosage of Klonopin) and I was getting awful muscle spasms in my back which my doc and I finally decided mught be attributable to the Effexor. The muscle spasms are gone now!

>I have been pondering that same scenario. Lately I have seen an increase in my anxiety. I am possibly thinking of trying Nardil. I tried some years ago with a lot of side effects, especially GI problems but according to others, you have to give it some time

I haven't consdiered Nardil YET.

>Lexapro is good but Effexor is supposed to be one of the best medications for Depression and GAD.

Yep; I know this. I wish Effexor would have continued to be good for me. Thanks!
