Oh Lynn,

I am so sorry.. I KNOW the feeling. There were times my anxiety has been so bad I knew for sure I would go completely insane.

And times it was so bad, I wished I just had "depression." Then of course, I would get depression and wish for the anxiety again.

CAN you ask your doctor for a benzo? Xanex helps me.. Klonopin?? Something??
