I too have trouble sleeping. I've tried just about everything. Benadryl keeps me from sleeping good and I'm tired in the morning. No help with Ambien either. What has been working is Lunesta 3mg.
My doc says it's non narcotic and can be used on a regular basis if needed. Who knows. If you haven't tried it, I'd give it a shot.......
