Personally, I would switch...but its really your decision. Wellbutrin can be kind of energizing, and it tends to either be weight neutral or cause a small amount (5lbs or less) of weight loss. If you've had an eating disorder or you have epilepsy, you probably shouldn't take Wellbutrin. Remeron would be another option; it *can* cause weight gain, but some people find that getting the dose up to 30-45mgs/day early on in therapy prevents this. Low-dose Prozac can be energizing for some people; on the other hand, it also has the longest half-life of anything ever, so if you have problems, it'll be sticking around in your system for a good while.
As for the apathy...it seems like that's a problem with most ADs, particularly ones that hit up serotonin a lot. Wellbutrin might be a little better, since it only lightly affects serotonin and mostly does some dopamine and norepinephrine reuptake inhibition. Sometimes adding something to an AD can reduce apathy. BuSpar might help, as could Provigil or an atypical antipsychotic. I'd recomend trying provigil first, then BuSpar...skip the atypical.
Good luck!
