Changing to Risperidone or Abilify

The sedation and weight on Seroquel is quite annoying!

But Seroquel is a great drug!

Even so, I am changing to either

a) Risperidone 1mg mane (I'm more inclined towards this ultra
powerful med at the moment)

b) Abilify 10mg mane

Any comments, my dear friends?
