i dunno what to tell you. Borderline Personality is often treated with medication--PRN meds and/or SSRIs periodically. I'd personally dispute a personality disorder DX...these disorders are really more moral judgements cloaked in professional jargon and psychobabble than actual *disorders* or identifiable problems. My advice would be to find a shrink who actually does his/her job--you know, helping people--and start over.
