hey! *any* antipsychotic can make psychosis worse or, if a patient is taking them for something other than psychosis (ex: non-psychotic depression), sometimes they can induce psychosis or there will be psychosis upon withdrawal of the medication. I dont think its all that common, but its been observed pretty consistently since the days of Thorazine.

The big problem with abilify isn't so much worsening of psychosis (as far as I know); its over-activation, which can take the form of (hypo)mania or akathisia and high-grade anxiety, along with insomnia and general agitation.

I've had docs say pot counteracts atypicals. I dont know what the deal with that it. I never had any particular problems with the combination, but its probably not the best idea in the world, either.
