OCD + Bipolar I + Paranoia + Anxiety

Hi all. I have OCD and Bipolar. I think I have ran out of options. I am on a lot of medication and nothing seems to work for my mood. my OCD is a lot better though. I take:

200mg Anafranil
1000mg of Depakote (blood levels are in the "high" range of normal which is weird seeing that im on a low dose)
15mg of Abilify
2mg of Benztropine (to control the akathisia from Abilify)
15mg of Valium

Thats about it. My Pdoc tried to stop Depakote but i became hypomanic I think (according to my family) and I basically ruined the relationship with my partner because of the way I was (I get really angry when I get hypomanic but especially when I am manic. However, I am not physically violent and I am deeply sorry for the things that i do and in no way do I blame anyone but myself for my actions.)

I dont know what else to try. I have pretty much been on everything. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you and take care.
