That's a shame.

Do you think they found other examples of liver enzyme elevations when evaluating their data retrospectively?

I am becoming alarmed at what I perceive as a reluctance among drug companies to bring good drugs to market for fear of excessive liability to law suites.

Would Depakote have made it to market in today's litigious environment? No way.

There are very few perfect drugs. People forget that each allotropic medicinal treatment often represents a risk versus benefit evaluation due to the nature of introducing a foreign substance to the body (or the unnatural amounts of natural substances).

Would Tylenol have made it to market in today's litigious environment? No way.

ONE patient?

I think we are really hurting ourselves.

I'm scared.
