Valiums (Diazepams) inventor still alive aged 96!!

Dr Leo Sternbach established in the late 1950s that Chlordiopoxide (Librium) sedated animals. he then went onto seperate a different molecule which he named DIAZEPAM and was in 1963, tradenamed VALIUM(r)and released onto the market-perhaps you have heard of it?-hehe
Apparently Dr Sternbach is still alive aged 96, or something?-remarkable
Dr Leo Sternbach (Roche, Pharm) the instigator of benzodiazepines!!!
