Effexor - side effects

There are side effects. These are mine:
high cholesterol - i am a healthy eater
vigorous prostate - it's full, when I poop, semen sometimes comes out of my penis.
tingle on lips - at first this happened but it stopped
DOES IT WORK - after trying a lot of other meds, this one works.
