Remeron could be helpful. Weight gain is an issue; some people say that if you up the dose rapidly (say, aim for 30mgs/day instead of the standard 15mgs/day) you'll get little or no weight gain. I believe it tends to become a bit less sedating as the dosage increases as well. Some people report tremenouds gains using Remeron as part of an antidepressant "cocktail"; since its kind of in its own category, you can mix it with TCAs and/or SSRIs relatively easily. Wellbutrin+Remeron could be helpful, as could Effexor+Remeron. Provigil can help some; its better against narcolepsy than against depression, but it can relieve fatigue and provide some focus and energy..that will certainly help you overcome the "blahs".
